The Story
Jason (Ben Neale) and David (Fergus March) are business partners who have set up a virtual office, maintaining a permanent video conference through their computers as they try to build their company. With the line between private and work life more blurred than ever before, Jason’s girlfriend Helen (Sarah Coyle) has to find ways to keep Jason’s attention where it belongs, on her. In the meantime, Helen’s friend Susan (Liz Bower) begins to play a bigger part in all their lives, without even realising it.
Out Of Office takes a fresh, fun look at how technology has become an increasingly large part of our lives, and how it can both hinder and enhance our relationships in the real and virtual world.
